GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
These conditions are valid exclusively between JAMANI SRL – Registered office: LOC.AGGHIELLI – 06049 SPOLETO (PG), Italy – VAT and Tax Code 03846050544, hereinafter referred to as “JAMANI”, and any person making online purchases on the website http://jamani.org/, hereinafter referred to as the “CUSTOMER”. These conditions may be subject to change, and the date of publication on the website is equivalent to the effective date.
These conditions govern purchases made on the website http://jamani.org/, in accordance with the provisions of Part III, Title III, Chapter I, of the Italian Consumer Code, Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree no. 21/2014 and Legislative Decree no. 70/2003 on electronic commerce.
ARTICLE 1 – Subject of the Contract
With these general conditions of sale, JAMANI sells and the CUSTOMER purchases remotely the tangible goods offered for sale on the website http://jamani.org/. The contract is concluded exclusively through the internet, by the CUSTOMER accessing the address http://jamani.org/ and placing a purchase order following the procedure provided by the site.
The CUSTOMER agrees to read these general conditions of sale before confirming the order, particularly the pre-contractual information provided by JAMANI, and to accept them by ticking the relevant checkbox.
ARTICLE 2 – Pre-contractual Information for the Consumer – Art. 49 of Legislative Decree 206/2005
Before concluding the purchase contract, the CUSTOMER reviews the characteristics of the goods described in each product sheet at the time of their choice.
Before the conclusion of the purchase contract and prior to validating the order with “payment obligation”, the CUSTOMER is informed about:
- the total price of the goods including taxes, with details of shipping costs and any other charges;
- payment methods;
- the timeframe within which JAMANI commits to delivering the goods;
- the conditions, terms, and procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal (Article 6 of these conditions), including the withdrawal form in Annex I, Part B of Legislative Decree 21/2014;
- the obligation for the CUSTOMER to bear the return shipping costs in case of withdrawal;
- the existence of a legal warranty of conformity for purchased goods;
- post-sale support conditions and any commercial warranties offered by JAMANI.

ARTICLE 3 – Conclusion and Effectiveness of the Contract
The sales contract is considered concluded when JAMANI sends a confirmation email to the CUSTOMER. The email contains the CUSTOMER’s data and order number, price of the purchased goods, shipping costs, delivery address, and a link to print and store a copy of these terms and conditions.
JAMANI commits to verifying the accuracy of the personal data included and promptly notifying the CUSTOMER of any corrections.
JAMANI aims to describe and present the products on the site as accurately as possible. Nevertheless, there may be minor errors, inaccuracies, or slight differences between the actual product and its online representation. The photographs on http://jamani.org/ are for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a contractual element.
JAMANI commits to dispatching goods within 5 business days from the date of sending the order confirmation email.
ARTICLE 4 – Product Availability
Product availability refers to real-time availability when the CUSTOMER places the order. However, due to multiple users accessing the site simultaneously, products may be sold to others before the order is confirmed.
Even after JAMANI sends the order confirmation email, partial or total unavailability of the product may occur. In such cases, the order will be automatically adjusted by removing the unavailable item, and the CUSTOMER will be notified immediately via email.
If the CUSTOMER chooses to cancel the order, thereby terminating the contract, JAMANI will refund the amount paid within 14 days from when it became aware of the CUSTOMER’s decision.
ARTICLE 5 – Payment Methods
Payments within Italy may be made via:
- Credit card through STRIPE or PAYPAL (no PayPal account required)
- Credit card
- PayPal account
- Bancontact platform
- EPS platform
- Giropay platform
- iDEAL platform
- Sofort platform
- Bank transfer in advance (order processed after payment is received)
- Cash on delivery (cash to courier upon delivery, with an €8 handling fee)
International payments can be made via:
- Credit card or PayPal
- Bank transfer in advance (order processed after payment is received)
ARTICLE 6 – Prices

The CUSTOMER accepts JAMANI’s right to change prices at any time; however, goods will be invoiced at the prices indicated at the time the order is created and confirmed by JAMANI’s email.
In case of a computer, manual, technical, or other error resulting in a substantial and unintended price change (excessively high or clearly low), the purchase order will be deemed invalid, canceled, and the paid amount refunded within 14 days of cancellation.
ARTICLE 7 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, the CUSTOMER may withdraw from the purchase without penalty and without giving any reason within 7 days from receiving the products.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the CUSTOMER must notify JAMANI via explicit declaration, which can be sent by registered mail.
Alternatively, any explicit declaration of withdrawal will be accepted. In this case, the CUSTOMER must return the goods UNUSED and INTACT within 7 days from notifying JAMANI of their intention to withdraw, as per Article 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005.
Return shipping costs are borne by the CUSTOMER.
Returned items must be undamaged, in their original packaging, and complete in all parts.
JAMANI will refund the amount using the same payment method used for the purchase. If the purchase was made via bank transfer, the CUSTOMER must provide JAMANI with their IBAN via the contact section.
The refund will only cover the product costs, excluding the €8 shipping fee paid by JAMANI.
ARTICLE 8 – Legal Warranty of Conformity
If products are received defective or not in accordance with the order, the CUSTOMER is entitled to free restoration of conformity through repair or replacement.
ARTICLE 9 – Delivery Terms
JAMANI accepts orders for delivery within Italy and to countries in the EU or outside the EU (the list is available during checkout). Products are shipped via express courier to the address provided by the CUSTOMER.
Orders placed before 11:30 AM are shipped the same day; those placed after are shipped the next business day. Delivery time is 2-3 business days within Italy, and 5-7 business days for EU and non-EU countries.
Shipping costs in Italy: €8 including VAT. Courier: DHL.
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on the destination. Courier: DHL.
As per Art. 63 of the Consumer Code, any visible damage to packaging must be reported immediately by the CUSTOMER by writing a reservation note on the delivery receipt. Without such a note, no claims regarding the external condition of the delivered goods can be made.
ARTICLE 10 – Liability
JAMANI shall not be held liable for any delays or service interruptions due to force majeure or unforeseeable events, including internet disruptions, that prevent it from fulfilling the order in time.
ARTICLE 11 – Website Access
The CUSTOMER may access the website for browsing and purchasing. Any other use, especially commercial, of the site or its content is prohibited. All elements of the site, visual or audio, and the related technologies, remain the property of JAMANI and are protected by intellectual property law.
ARTICLE 12 – Cookies

The CUSTOMER may disable cookies in their browser settings, although this may prevent them from completing purchases online.

ARTICLE 13 – Entire Agreement
These General Conditions of Sale constitute the entire agreement between the parties. If one or more provisions are found to be invalid under the law or by a court, the remaining provisions shall continue to be fully effective.
ARTICLE 15 – Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These General Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and jurisdiction.
Consumers may also use mediation under Legislative Decree 28/2010 to resolve disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of these terms.
European Consumers are informed that the European Commission has established an online platform for alternative dispute resolution for online contracts.
